During my tenure at a prominent agency, I observed a significant gap: smaller ventures, despite their vast potential, often went unnoticed. They were handed one-size-fits-all solutions, leaving them overshadowed and, to put it bluntly, underserved by large-scale agencies.
That realization was the catalyst for me to establish my own agency. Spritz Sparkling Tea is a zero calorie, zero sugar, vegan, and keto lightly sparkling tea based out of Columbus, OH.
Spritz Tea
Spritz Tea hired Social Hour Marketing in 2019 to build out their go-to-market marketing plan. They wanted to change up their social media, create email marketing/SMS campaigns, and build out their influencer program. I also worked close with the Founder and sales team during Spritz rebrand, to create POS materials, and run the B2B marketing.

Over 1.5 years I took Spritz from 352 followers on Instgram to 3,300 with an average engagement rate of 4.7%. We partnered with other brands to gain awareness and generated content from Ambassadors and Influencers.
We grew Spritz Influencer/Ambassador Program from zero to over 100 women in 1 year. These women were aligned with Spritz core demographics of the health-conscious women who had built strong communities online. We utilized this program when opening new markets to gain buzz about our product before it hit shelves. Each month we would pack and ship over 50 influencer boxes with Spritz.
Sprtitz had foundational email marketing in place; I enhanced their Klaviyo profile and optimized flows. I designed email flows, including welcome, Spritz Story, abandoned cart, return customer, and referral sequences. I also crafted templates for weekly newsletters and marketing campaigns. Under my guidance, Spritz's subscriber count rose from 120 to 2.5k+, segmenting lists for various audiences. Our consumer emails averaged an ROI of $525 per email.

Good Pharma is designed for every moment of life, discover coffee and teas enhanced with functional mushrooms & botanical extracts based in the Bay Area.
Since partnering with Social Hour Marketing, Good Pharma has experienced a transformative boost in its digital presence. Our strategies have amplified the monthly account reach from an initial 2,000 to an impressive 107,000, significantly increasing online conversions. Additionally, we've driven traffic, resulting in over 300 monthly website visitors, all contributing to an uptick in direct-to-consumer (DTC) revenue.

Rhythm Superfoods is an innovator in plant-based snacking. Rhythm's organic, non-gmo, gluten free, and vegan snacks based in Austin, TX.
Rhythm Superfoods approached us with aspirations of amplifying their online sales and brand visibility. Since our collaboration began, they've celebrated a 40% surge in online sales, while their social media engagement has soared by 80%. Together, we've also crafted and are poised to launch an influencer program in Q1 2024.
